DISCOVERY AND INNOVATIONS
We are so excited to announce that we are bringing back our much loved Discovery program and adding it to our Innovations program.
A bus is available to pick your student up for both Innovations and Discovery (depending on which one they are assigned to) from South Jordan, Draper and Springville and bring you to Pleasant Grove to participate in these activities.
Students will alternate between Discovery and Innovations throughout the year according to the assigned rotation listed on the chart below. You may choose to participate in the activities for that assigned session or not by how you sign up.
Each student will have the opportunity to participate in one (8 week) Innovation rotation and two (4 week) Discovery rotations per semester for a total of 32 weeks of fun activities.
Here is the schedule of which day of the week each location will attend Discovery or Innovations per location. We are hoping this information will help you plan your family schedule. Please note that it is subject to change depending upon student enrollment for 21/22.
Monday – PG Thursday and Adventures-in-person (Friday’s if there is a Monday holiday)
Tuesday – PG Wednesday and South Jordan
Wednesday – PG Tuesday and Springville
Thursday – PG Monday, Draper & Tooele
Students will enroll for either Innovations (9:00-11:30 for 8 weeks) or Discovery (12:15-2:45 for 4 weeks) according to their assigned schedule listed below.
Below you will find a possible schedules for the upcoming year. We can finalize these schedules when we know our enrollment.
As an example – If my child is attending Epic on Thursday in PG they could attend Discovery 1 & 2 on Mondays for the first 8 weeks and then Winter Innovations for the following 8 weeks. For the second semester they could attend Discovery 5 & 6 and then Spring Innovations for a total of 32 weeks.

This sample shows that my PG Thursday child could do 4 weeks of Paddle boarding, 4 weeks of Sports then 8 weeks of Farm, Maker Space & Smarlab for the first semester and then 4 weeks of Ice skating, 4 weeks of Climbing and 8 weeks of Farm, Space center and Smartlab (STEM) for the second semester.
